装配式水箱模板之“亮”点
每件标准的板块采用特殊的工装模具、精密的模压拉伸，尤以二次折边的气压连动，确保模块的双90度折边及四边冲孔一次成型，精度误差小，模板强度高，杜绝了装配式水箱由螺栓连接因水压过大而造成的螺孔撕裂之隐患……
装配流程 | Assemble process
 | 1 根据设定的水箱尺寸，先将水箱的底面积（长×宽）的镀锌型 钢基础装配连接成型； According to the specification of the water tank, assemble and join the Galvanized steel baseboard of the water tank to form the basic model; |
 | 2 在型钢基础之上装配连接水箱底部模板，每块模板之间镶嵌密 封胶条及镀锌角钢加强框架； On the base the Model Steel board, assemble the bottom template connected to the water tank, at the joints insert sealing tape ａnd strengthen the framework with galvanized angle steel; |
 | 3 在水箱底板之上，装配连接侧下一段模板，所有板缝间镶嵌密 封胶条，拐角处、丁字处连接采用专用密封件; On the bottom templates, joint the lower part with the side template, and adopt special seal tape at every sew, turn cape ａnd T connection; |
 | 4 依据所设水箱的高度，侧板依次装配成型，中间板块交汇处采 用十字型专用密封件； Considerate the height of the WaterTank, followed by side molding assembly, and the middle template junction seal up with a cross-shaped plate special seals; |
 | 5 箱体封顶前，水箱内部按侧板的段次实施加强筋的装配连接， 螺栓紧固处镶嵌专用密封件； Before finish the tank body, implement the inner side templates with strengthening tendon connection, and the stud bolt with specific mosaic seals; |
 | 6 箱体五面成型后，进行箱顶的装配连接，拐角处、丁字处采用 专用密封件； ||Box body after five sides assembly, fix the top box, and the specialized seal implementation in each conjunction, turn cape ａnd T connection; |
 | 7 完善箱体设定的各项附件的配置与装配，诸如：检修人孔、 内外 扶梯、各进出水管短节与法兰、液位计、通气孔等。 Verify the tank against the set accessories and assenbly parts, such as: Manhole, internal and external elevator, inlet and outlet water pipe flange with a short section, level gauge, vents and so on. |
